Side Bar Links and Review/Comments

When the sidebar for details page is set to the right side(my preference)….it’s just all wrong. Whilst on the left side it appears correct.

It shows the author is one particular user for all the listing(on front-end only, back-end shows correct author) and when you click edit listing on any it takes you to that listing by that particular user.

Also, I cannot get custom fields to appear in details sidebar no matter which side it is on.

Secondly, I do not want reviews I only want comments. I removed the stars, and labeled Reviews on the detail page to Comments, but it still says leave a review. How do I go about doing this?

One CPT is called “Offerings” which people will be making offers via a comment not leaving a review.

I also use the whoop them which displays that ‘write a review’ button at the top. Is there a way to change what the button says for certain CPT?
