    On the right side of the checkout page, there is a grey box that shows “No Records Found”.

    Can that be removed from the checkout page?

    Hi,

    please provide a link and admin credentials, images cannot be inspected, especially if they are rejected because the screenshot exceeds allowed file size.

    Hi Melissa,

    It looks like your site is using a outdated supreme version 0.3.0

    Latest supreme version is 1.0.2

    Can you take backup of your supreme if you made any customizations, then install the recent version.

    There is no auto update available for supreme since its a child theme.

    You can either update via ftp OR switch to directory starter, delete current supreme theme, upload latest supreme, activate it

    Let me know once you complete those steps.

    I’ll apply the checkout page fix after that.

    I have uploaded the current Supreme version 1.0.2.

    However, now when I click on a listing I get “Not Found”. I cannot figure out what setting to fix this in.

    Please help ASAP

    Hi,

    just FYI, the current version of Supreme is 1.0.3. my mistake, the version number has changed, but we must have forgot to update the files… I asked to Stiofan to check this…

    For the “not found” problem, you probably just need to re-save your WordPress permalinks.

    If this doesn’t help, please provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply and we will follow up.

    I noticed that too and I’m unable to find what is causing it or recreate the same on any of my demos.

    I asked to the developers to follow up and they’ll let us know asap.
