This seems to be a buddypress signup page? I can confirm i can’t seem to register, or maybe i did? (username stiofan) It just goes back to the same page with no error notice shown

We didn’t get any alert or indication that you signed up, which we would get if you did. Any idea why that is happening? Can’t seem to figure out why.

I seem to be able to connect to the FTP but the folder is empty.

I can’t really help much with buddypress, my only advice would be to try deactivating plugins one by one to see if it works, otherwise try contacting BuddyPress suppor
Other than that you could try using our own user system https://wordpress.org/plugins/userswp/

Thanks Stiofan. I reached out to a developer who knows BuddyPress and we found that the GiveWP was the culprit. I’ve contacted them and are waiting to hear back. For now I’ve deactivated Give plugin as we’re prioritizing signups over donations. Hopefully they figure out the problem. I know it sounds like BuddyPress and Give aren’t playing well together, but I’ll report back if there’s any conflicts between Give and WPGeo.

    Thanks for the help!
