Just got off the phone with my ISP. My website is completely down.

They sent me a screen print of the error message – it is attached.

    Hi Ron,

Does not seem like a GD problem, seems like some WP files might be corrupt or have the wrong permissions.

Try using FTP to overwrite WP (not wp-config.php) files that are missing or corrupt.

    Hi Ron,

I can’t even consistently get a blank test page to show correctly https://www.discoversma.com/test.html

This makes me think there is something more at place or maybe it’s just caching, you really need to move from that godaddy wp hosting, it’s useless for anything other than a static site.

The Go-Daddy site has been working up until today. My first priority is to get is back working again. I can discuss other hosting options later, after my customers can access the site again.

    What is next?

The website is up, at the moment.

Can you help me understand what happened?

We are glad the site is back up.

However only Godaddy can help you understand what happened…

    Thanks

Just so I understand before calling Go-Daddy, you did not do anything on your side?
