Hi, I got an email stating

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    [email protected]
    host cluster1.us.messagelabs.com [67.219.246.96]
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
553-SPF (Sender Policy Framework) domain authentication
553-fail. Refer to the Troubleshooting page at
    553-http://www.symanteccloud.com/troubleshooting for more
    553 information. (#5.7.1)

From this page http://www.symanteccloud.com/troubleshooting i can see (and understand) that i need to update my spf file, but what IP address do my emails get sent from, or what do i need to put in my spf record so that emails get accepted ok

    Cheers

Thanks, I wasn’t sure if it was sent from the plug in, or where.
Cheers for getting back to me.

Looks like i needed to set up a new email address. Looks ok now, and hopefully time will tell, as it was working for the majority of folk before, but a few users got bounced back.
    Thanks Kor
