Social import and category selection not working

I was using it fine, but after 7/ 8 successful entries, now form has stopped working. When i try social import its keep on rotating and nothing happens and also when I select category nothing comes and even when I select region nothing show up in the city.
Please suggest the possible problem, my internet connection is working fine.

I am not using this plugin anywhere.. thanks..

Faced another issue today, tried installing the dashboard by uploading the pligin and got the error page not found.

February 16, 2018 at 7:46 am #417859First point was related to how I can check from somewhere like server log that how these files got deleted.
Second point was the another issue that I am facing, when i try to install plugin using upload file, I am not able to install the plugin
Third issue is that again I am facing the same issue, everything was working fine till the time I got the 500 interval server error, this time I took the screenshot, this is what happened earlier as well and then some file got deleted.
After your suggestion from the wordpress itself I re installed the wordpress after which some of the features started working like map suggestions, social import or all cant say, but still when I publish after preview it gives the same attached error message and not allowing to publish the listing and all feature again stopped working.
I need to understand what is the issue and why this happening.
February 16, 2018 at 8:56 am #417876You can contact your host about 500 errors and server logs.
If you have files missing it is definitely a good idea to reinstall everything to make sure it all ‘there’.
To update the GD plugin by ftp, first deactivate all Addons, then deactivate GD and delete the plugin. Then upload a new copy via FTP, and activate.

February 16, 2018 at 6:32 pm #417949All i did last time was go to Dashboard>Updates and reinstall WP, but i think you might have other files missing in other places. The best thing to do is look at the server error log, it will usually point you in the right direction.
