Social Importer – plug in Not active

Hi,

I need support to understand why the Social Importer plugin (among other GD plugins) are not active on my secondary website (see below). I’m using WordPress 4.7.5 running Supreme Directory theme.

I already installed the GD on my main website (www.learningpass.club/locations), so I’m pretty sure those are working in such site (which is running Divi theme).

Now, I created a subdomain to have a secondary site (www.playground.learningpass.club) to keep everything on Supreme Directory. I already installed the plugins, added the product keys and activated those (see the image). However, the plugins are not available in the GeoDirectory Menu.

Your help is much appreciated since I need to migrate asap the listing I already have on my main website to the secondary (the subdomain).
