The default emails provided by GD for “Client Emails” do not include html formatting and get sent nicely formatted by GD.
The “Other Emails” for “Send to Friend” and “Email enquiry” on the other hand are very badly formatted when sent, because it appears that the formatting is stripped somewhere, perhaps when combined with the front-end input?
I can add html formatting in the backend and this improves the formatting in the sent email, however I would like to use the plugin wp-better-emails and it won’t work with these two emails – possibly because they contain html?
Can you improve the way “Other Emails” are sent so that they only contain text, or is there some other resolution?
The same is true for the “Pricing” emails – here is what an expiry notice looks like, no formatting whatsoever…
