Hi,
1. I’m having trouble with some listings. Something on them makes browser unresponsive and they load infinitely, presumably it happens because of embedded facebook video, though I’m not 100% sure.

2. On some listing there is no “Send Enquiry” link next so “Send to Friend”, though I suppose it should be there since on other listings of the same CPT there is one.

2) When the send enquiry is missing, there is no email address for the listing…

I don’t know how to recreate the problem on your end, I for example encounter it on my Laptop in both Chrome and Firefox browser. When they try to open this exact page
https://www.healthlifemap.com/fitness/moldova/chisinau/chisinau/aerobic/fitness-wellness-club-alexia/It causes high CPU load on the PC, Chrome opens it in about 40-50 seconds and then freezes up (see screenshot). Firefox opens it in about the same time and also freezes up and I have to kill it via Task Manager. Just so that you understand all other pages load in 3-5 seconds and nothing like this happens.
On mobile device Samsung Galaxy S7 both on Chrome and Firefox the load freezes up for about a minute, maybe a little less and kinda makes the app less responsive, but it’s not as bad as on PC.
On iPad it loads almost instantly and all works fine.

if you check that page via console you will see a google ads error:
TagError: adsbygoogle.push() error: No slot size for availableWidth=0 Line 0and the facebook widget making far too many calls to their server to retrieve the video. It looks like they are loading the entire video, before is being played.
I would suggest not to use those facebook videos embeds.
Just use YT and it will work.
July 22, 2016 at 5:10 pm #231949Ok, got it, though I’m not sure, can I fix that google ads error somehow or it’s coming from the google?
And I personally don’t use facebook videos, but those were imported from the facebook by default, with the social import addon. So I suppose people after they start uploading listing on their own, they will use it too. Can i restrict the use of facebook videos in some way or another?

I asked to the developers to follow up. Probably we should disable video from being imported if they create so many problems…
They’ll let us know asap.

July 22, 2016 at 5:31 pm #231969Ok apparently that page is loading 20 videos, but only the last one is showing because they are 1 on top of the other (that’s because of the css code to make video responsive).
We will limit social importer to only import the last video from the next release.
Now you should go into that listings, edit it and remove the embed code for the extra 19 videos…
