I can’t seem to fix this issue! “No Records Found
Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.”

    Ive tried:
    – Permalinks
    – Deleting and reinstalling plugin
    – Location management plugin

This is for a client so I tried installing the plugin on my personal website too and it worked fine! I tried copying all the settings from the one from my personal website and copy to the client’s website and it still didn’t work. Not sure what to do now.

I had a previous support forum but it was not helpful.

You have listings in different locations but you are not using the Location Manager.
You will need to get the V2 version of the Location Manager if you want to keep listings outside your default city [which should be a city, not a county].

    Thanks

    1. Buy a license here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/location-manager/
    2. Then enter the license at Plugins, see image 1.
    3. That should allow you to update the plugin.
    4. If the plugin does not want to update, install https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ and then upload the ZIP file you can get at https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/

To change the default location, go to GD > Settings > Locations tab [after you fixed the Location Manager] > Cities > and the first location should be the default location.
Edit that location and then click Show Advanced > and drag the map marker until you get the correct city showing in the city field. See image 2.

    Thanks

Hey Gusst, are you sure this is how you fix the issue? My client doesnt want to buy the plugin unless this will 100% Fix the map not showing the locations.

He seems to think it was working before and someone messed it up. I just want to make sure this is the right thing to do.

It probably was working before while the main core plugin was an old version too, just like the Location Manager. If you are using V2 for the main plugin, then you need to use V2 of the Location Manager.
It is guaranteed to work if you upgrade to the V2 Location Manager, or you can always get your money back: https://wpgeodirectory.com/refund-policy/

    You’re welcome.
Make sure that when you need extra support, that you log in with the account that holds the license for the addon.
    Thanks
