Hi,
Another question!
I have featured listings, but I would like the default sort after featured to be title.

I looked at this
https://wpgeodirectory.com/codex/codex/geodirectory_functions/geodir_posts_orderby/
and I am unsure if I could use it to change the order and if it would change the sort.

Hi Christina,

I belive if you go to GD>Place Settings>Sorting options and mke featured the defautl sort you can then use this code to make it featured and then a-z

It seem your DB queries are cached or something, or just not working right. can you provide Database access like phpMyAdmin?

Do you know of anyone else who is using Bluehost shared hosting?
Also, It shows FEATURED when it first populates, but I want it ordered by title AFTER THAT.
So maybe we have misunderstood each other?

Are we miscommunicating!? Sorry if so…

The only way I am getting an AZ sort is to choose it in the drop down. It does work there…
I don’t want to have to choose in the drop down. I want the AZ sort to default on load of the listings AFTER the featured property.

How do I do that?

Also, when I change the sort with the dropdown, the content shows as “null”
Need to change that! Do you want me to start a different ticket?

They have no answer, there is no error. It’s the same way on my local server. So it’s not the server- or at least evidence points to it not being the server.
