Spacer Image in Listing Slider

I’ve setup the listing slider on this page: http://utilitymarketconnections.com/dev/ and the spacer image inserted above the logo is giving me problems. For some of the images it works fine but not for all of them. I need the logos to all be vertically aligned.

Sara, if you want the slider to be perfect then its better you use the same height for all images.
