Spam Email

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I have the email link (Send Inquiry) included on page. While testing it I found that the email form was being identified as SPAM and sent to my Spam Box. How do I make adjustments for this so other clients useing this feature don’t miss email from their customers?

    Hi kerry,

    Thanks for your post. If your emails are going spam folders, I’d suggest that you check with your hosting providers first, then let us know your results.

    There are a couple simple things you can do with regard to GeoDirectory:

    Use a domain email ([email protected])
    Change the Subject and Body for the message so it is a fit for your site

    Beyond that there are thousands of options and services you can engage like 3rd party email delivery and server side configuration for mail, all of which are handled outside of what we do here in the forum.
