Specific address search returning Zero Results

Hi

I’m occasionally having problems with doing a Near search for a specific address.

Most of the time the address is found OK, but once in a while an error dialog box says:

Search was not successful for the following reason:ZERO_RESULTS

It seems to be an issue with the Google API not understanding the address entered. It’s frustrating because it only happens with certain addresses and I’m not sure how to fix it. Other than the above error error message I have no visibility on what the underlying issue might be.

Google is able to geocode the address because entering it into Google Maps in the normal way finds the address without a problem.

An example address that causes a problem is:

555 California St, San Francisco

I’m hoping you might have more insight as developers what’s happening in the backend and the way this address is passed to the API? Would be great if this issue could be resolved.
