Split: Geolocate returns zero results

Hello Gust,

I know that you have shared a wonderful tutorial on GD Booster. My only issue with GD Booster is that it only supports MaxCDN. We are in the process of testing out WP Fastest Cache [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-fast-cache/] which appears to be doing a better job. However, we are only just beginning our tests on the production site. So the question is this remains as to whether or not GB Booster can be configured to allow other CDN connects. If yes, then how? Otherwise what exceptions need to be configured to allow maximum GD performance?
