Split: Remove Items

    I have created custom post type. i want to remove following features to this post type.

    -> Remove reviews, i don’t want to allow the user to add reviws to this post type and will not show it any where.
    -> claim Business feature is needed, because only registered users will create this post.

    Let me know is it possible.

    You can select Claim feature per CPT at GD > Listing Claims > Choose post types for show claim listing link

    I am not sure how to remove reviews from one post type only, I’ll get one of the others to have a look at your question.

    Hi,

    reviews can only be closed for all CPT or none.

    The only way to do this would be to remove the review tab only for the selected CPT and you can do that by following this tutorial: https://wpgeodirectory.com/re-order-tabs-in-a-listing-detail-page/ There is a section about “Different orders only for 1 Custom Post Type”. That’s the part you’ll need. Simply remove the review part from the re-order function.

    The problem is that you will still have star ratings and reviews links in several locations like detail page sidebar, all listings in listings pages and widgets.

    To hide all of them you will need to do some css work.
