    He means access to your server files via FTP client. Please ask to your hosting provider for them.

    FTP details is such a basic thing, that I’m sure bluehost support will be able to provide them for you.

    It is highly probable that these information are actually well visible in your hosting control panel.

    Please try to get complete information, or we won’t be able to assist.

    if they are unable to provide FTP credentials, I’d strongly suggest to change hosting provider.

    Check out cloudways, you’d have FTP credentials well visible in your control panel.
