I’m trying to add some featured listings info to our home pages and landing pages (Top restaurants in an area, etc., etc.,) but I’m finding that when I add these short codes the theme completely breaks. (Supreme Directory). I’ve attached two screenshots to demonstrate the bug.

I’ve been all through it with the dev tools and I can’t seem to track down the class that’s causing this behavior.

    Hi Michael,

Do you think you can share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

    Thanks!

It looks like you remove everything from the home page. Please add everything back so that we can see what we need to correct.

    Thanks

There is something breaking/removing the footer. It’s probably a conflict with another plugin.

We’ll need access to your server via FTP to debug this.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

Right now the only accounts that have FTP access are all keyed accounts, so I’ll just start deactivating plugins and seeing what results I get.

Just wanted to follow up. I took the following steps to resolve the problem. After going through removing and adding all the plugins I was able to determine that the bug existed in the Geodirectory Framework theme or in its interactions with Supreme Directory (occasionally footer widgets that are default in the directory would show up on my screen despite having no footer widgets enabled in supreme directory. )

I switched instead to a theme based on Genesis and that resolved the issue. All short codes work now.
