Stripe Webhook Pending

    Hi

    Im having issues with Stripe and the webhook back into geodirectory once someone has paid an invoice.

    When someone adds an hotel, the payment is being taken and sent to stripe, the invoice and place are been created, but the invoice is sitting on Pending, so the hotel does not go live.

    Checking in stripe, the webhook for the event: customer.subscription.created, is just sitting on pending with a status of ‘500 Pending (1 try)’

    All the other hooks appear to be working, just not this one.

    Hi,

    As far as I know many are using Stripe with no problems.

    I’ve flagged this for the developers, I’m afraid I can’t help much.

    In the mean time if you could share a URl and admin credentials I’m sure they will need them.

    Have you got it set to “Send me all events”?

    There can be problems if you set the price to a different price then changed it, can you check the prices match up under Stripe plans?

    Yes webhook is set to ‘Send me all events’

    Does Geodirectory not create the plans automatically? It has been doing so far.

    E.g someone signs up on the website, when that gets pushed to Stripe it is creating the plan there and then

    Hi Ben,

    Yes it does create the sub in stripe but it does not update it if u change the price.
    I see there is a change in the dev version of stripe related to setting payments to use another hook, if you would like to try that version let me know.

    Hey

    The price has not been changed so i don’t think its that causing it.

    Im a little confused about what you mean by using the dev version of stripe.

    Do you mean use a dev version of the Stripe Payment Gateway plugin?

    Or use a dev version of the actual stripe platform.

    Either way how would i go about this?
