Styling problem with forms in footer of Supreme Directory

Hi,

I tried forms from Ninja Forms and Contact Form 7 in the Supreme Directory footer (https://inforoses.com) and both show some fields in grey instead white (see attached screenshot).

Could you help to solve this?
