Submitting listings on mobile issue

    Several users were complaining last night that when they went to add listings on mobile, after adding the site details, pictures, and clicking the Review Your Listing button it redirected to a blank page. I was also able to identify this issue.

    Once you click the button to submit the listing, it forwards to /add-listing/ and displays no preview of what they just submitted.

    Hi,

    This happens on mobile and not desktop???

    I just tried to add a listing to your database and I see a country region city = all

    That is a big mistake and obivously part of a customization.

    Please activate the main theme without ANY customizations or plugin and test it again.

    If the problem persist we will have a look at it…

    You are saying that having an all,all,all option is a mistake? I can just remove that from the Manage Location in the MultiLocation?

    The all,all,all comes from the Default City being selected in Multilocations right? Why could I not just switch it to something else? What is the GD default for a multilocation install?

    Also, when I add a listing on mobile (HTC One M8 using Google Chrome) I made sure to change the country, region and city settings to something valid, add it to the map, etc.

    The problem is your site is not saving the decision of the share location plugin for some reason, this could be your site is not saving the session or something else but this is the problem, it is causing the page to refresh every time and on the preview page it is blanking the POST results and causing the problem.

    I would try updating all ur plugins to latest and if that does not work then send me wp-admin and FTP and i will look deeper.

    I think the problem is u don’t have the location switcher active so it’s not saving the session, please add it on the page. or in the menu as normal

    You explain me please : What is the meaning of a city called All?

    Logically speaking, how can a place be everywhere?

    That shouldn’t exists and GD shouldn’t allow to add such locations.

    You should delete because it doesn’t make any sense and also because ultimately your site will not work properly…

    Btw GD doesn’t create that under any circumstances. It was either added by you or one of your users…
