    Please advise me how to pay my July 27,2016 subscription invoice>

    Hi Jorge,

    That invoice was paid and has now expired, the next invoice has been tried to be paid 3 times but failed, it could be that the card is expired or cancelled.

    You can try to go to My Account>Downloads and you should see a renew link beside the 4 month subscription, if you dont then you can simply buy a new subscription.

    thanks for joining back, yes you’ll need to add and activate them in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licensing.
