    hi,

    I have bought both Multi locations and Advanced search plugins, but I don’t seem to be able to enter the support forum for either?

    HI William,

    this is the procedure if you bought on Theme Tailors.

    Register an account here with the same email address used to register and purchase on Theme Tailors.

    Proceed to your profile page and click the link Theme Tailors sales : Sync forum access.

    ok thanks, I have tried changing my email ID but it the system doesn’t work. I wil create a new profile

    Have now tried on new profile but that has same issue as when I try with existing profile…I need some help 🙂

    Hi,

    second member was registered with a type in the email :

    [email protected]

    instead of

    [email protected]

    I’ve corrected for you.

    We don’t allow users to change email used to registered, to avoid problem with the sync.
