Hi, how are you?

I am using the Supreme Directory theme for GeoDirectory with WooCommerce. When I click on a product, the page that shows up has no border or margin or padding (see attached). Can you please kindly let me know how to resolve this, say by adding custom CSS or whatever? Thanking you…

Hi,

just FYI, Supreme has not been made compatible with WooCommerce. Please see: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/

It’s a quite simple thing to do.

Many thanks for directing to the WooThemes page which I had actually checked it out before writing to you. I tried again with the instructions but unfortunately, it does not seem to work for both of the methods mentioned. Any other suggestions? Thanks again… Have a great day ahead!

Hi Paolo,

No, it is not. It is a “dedicated” Cloud VPS with lots of capacity. I used Dedicated server before but the server admin usually don’t provide support for Dedicated so this is the best I can get in the market. Hope your support developer comes back fast. I am waiting… Thanks again…

11 x 3.0 GHz CPU Cores, CentOS, 8GB RAM, 200GB SSD, cPanel, Cloud Storage
Auto scaled to 16GB RAM with additional 3 Cores.

Thanks James, I asked to the developers to run some tests and let us know if they find any bottleneck.

They will install query monitor and probably few other plugins, please don’t deactivate anything until they are done.

They’ll let us know asap.
