Supreme – Static Home – Remove all GD Stuff

    I have Supreme Directory Theme installed. My intent is to have a static home page and a Search function under a menu item labeled “Find a Provider”. Under Settings > Reading I have set to static with “Home” selected as the desired home page. Under GeoDirectory > Permalinks I have set GD Home Page to “Find a Provider. Problem is that my static home page still displays a search form and the Supreme Directory background image. How can I get rid if these GD item on my static home page?
