Supreme Theme navigation too wide

See attached image. Yesterday I put a new logo in my navigation bar. It didn’t appear to be located in the right spot so I tried going to “Customization” and adjusting some of the padding and other settings. Then suddenly it appeared too full width. In other words the logo is too far left and the navigation is too far right.

At first I didn’t think it would hurt anything. Then this morning I noticed the “change location” on the far left was partly off screen. At first I wasn’t trying to fix that and it just seemed to fix itself. But it’s still uncomfortably too far left.

I went into customization and made sure everything was set back to “default” and it is. But, the logo is still too far left and the navigation is still too far right in desktop view.
