Supreme Theme on Mobile, Categories are not displaying correctly

I modified my homepage feature image height to make the feature image area smaller (see Custom CSS below).

Now on a mobile device, the Categories are not displaying correctly. The Categories are displaying on top of the Homepage.

Q: Can I have to different feature image heights, one for PC/Laptops and one for Mobile Devices?

The below link is displaying correctly on mobile devices.
