    Can I use home bottom widgets if I am using the Supreme Theme which is not the same home page utilized by GeoDirectory?

    GD Home Bottom section is only for GD pages, not WP pages.
    You can register new widget sections in your WP page template if you like, as per https://codex.wordpress.org/Widgetizing_Themes
