    Hi again,
    It’s me.

I’ve discovered that the Countries table does not exist. Maybe that’s why I’m having so many problems with displaying the address.

I am providing log in details next. Here is a screenshot of the error via the status page.
    Thanks
    Lucinda

Please give the user Network Admin so we can check the settings.

If you have network activated GD, then please network deactivate and reactivate on the subsite.

Once that is done try running the “Clear version numbers” tool in

    GD – Status – Tools

    Hi again Alex,

I’ve allocated Super Admin rights to the User. (root directory pgc-dev.com). I’m just recreating the environment this will be displayed eventually.

The plugin wasn’t network activated initially, only on that site, and I already ran all the tools and nothing repaired it.

I’ll hand back over to you, if I may…

    Thanks!

Please share FTP credentials so we can do some additional debugging.

Did you mean to remove the address field from both post types?

In answer to your question regarding address field, my original plan was to display the country for each Exhibitor.I wanted it so the Exhibitor only had to select the country their shop was located in and so I’d deactivate city and regions. It nearly worked (with Locations add on too) but kept on giving me two country dropdown menus. It just didn’t work. In the end I had to create my own dropdown menu listing all the countries. I have called that “registered_country” and I’ve deactivated the “address” field completely. I renamed the address field label to “Country” in case you are wondering and it’s at the very bottom of the Exhibitor Listings CPT Settings.

This is OK for now as I”ve no time to fiddle anymore and I don’t think the plugins will work how I want. I just want it fixed so when I migrate it to the real site it doesnt break.

    Hope that makes sense.

How long does this take? I receive responses on some subjects within hours and only this takes days and days…

I’ve got the exact same problem again… on a new install on a different site.

I think this is a bug.

I also cannot uninstall the plugin from the Network admin level or the site level. So I’m stuck with all these extra tables in my DB that are just bloat.

Can you help? I would like to get some feedback/explanation before I hand over the login details as I would like to know how this was fixed in the first place so I can fix it myself instead of waiting a week for you to fix it. Do you think you can share that info?

Deleting the tables and re-installing from a subsite or transfer field values in the db as needed.

Let us know if you still need help with this.

I do! I really do. The tables are a mess now.

But I’ve had no time and had to rebuild the entire thing. I’ve left all the old tables there.

It works so I’m going to push this back. I’m sending you another query instead.
