I posted in the support forums on WordPress and was told by Paolo to re-post my inquiry here.
We are using TagDiv’s Newspaper theme. The content from GeoDirectory is showing up but it’s made the background transparent and therefore difficult to view the content because of the background.
The installation of GeoDirectory can be viewed here: http://www.bluemountaintribune.com/places/
and an example of a “place” listing is: http://www.bluemountaintribune.com/places/united-states/oregon/milton-freewater-1/blue-mountain-tribune/
We have tried all of the “preset” theme compatibility settings and none of them fix this issue. Can you please provide some instruction on how this should be fixed? Thank you!

I’ve just checked your Website and I think you should give the background some colors. Insert this custom CSS into GD > Design > Styles > Custom Style CSS . Let us know if it’s what you’re looking for.
div#geodir_wrapper { background-color:#fff; }July 6, 2016 at 3:36 pm #222688Kor Chung,
I was unable to navigate to the section you mentioned but I did find GD > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS. So, I added the CSS sniplet into that section. This caused the middle section of the page to now have a white background but the top and right side is still transparent. Please let me know if this is the proper section or if there is anything else I can do.
Thank you!
July 6, 2016 at 3:40 pm #222690Hi there,
Could you please double check on the credentials? It keeps redirecting me to the homepage when I try to access this page http://www.bluemountaintribune.com/wp-admin after logging in. Could you probably temporary disabling the security plugins?
Thanks

Thanks! I just heard back from the web host and everything is back up. I added the custom CSS that Kor provided. It corrected the problem with the transparent background (although it seems that everything is hard aligned against the edge). I’m not very versed in CSS, so maybe I should explore a bit more and see if I can make adjustments to add some “padding” on the left and right side. Thanks again for all of your help. You folks rock!
July 6, 2016 at 10:38 pm #222960Hi,
for me the website still doesn’t load. I get time out error.
Just FYI…
July 7, 2016 at 9:26 am #223089I can probably fix most issues by adding some theme compatibility settings but when i try to login it tells me i am locked out…
