    Hi, the tag sync option is returning an error. Simply says error. No other information.

    Please post admin details in a private reply. Only staff can read that.
    Normally there is no need to use the GD Tools unless you have some problem.
    Can you describe that problem? I cannot see anything immediately wrong on your site. Thanks.
