Hi Support,
I have three questions about the plugin.
1) when we want to add an event “every year once” and then choose a date and publish, the system converts this date into a “english date” and not the european standard, Also the event is not visible in the front-end of the website.
https://lingeweb.nl/lingegids/?listing_type=gd_event2) We want to order those results on the overview pages with a ranking from best, highest en most reviews as the nr 1 and than with the lowest ranking on the bottom, is this possible for both hotspot and event pages?
https://lingeweb.nl/events/
https://lingeweb.nl/kaart-en-gids/3) In the grey top bar the title of the page is ‘Events Archief’ Is it possible to delete the word “Archief” what means Archive?
https://lingeweb.nl/events/Thank you for your help!
January 25, 2017 at 10:21 am #349037Hi there,
Let me try to answer your questions accordingly.
#1 I’d like you to know that you can change the date format in GD > Event Settings as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/e02x7q
#2 You can adjust the “Gd > Popular Post View” widget to sort by reviews or rating. As for events, you can adjust the sorting option in GD > Event Settings > Sorting Options http://prntscr.com/e02yit . https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#sorting
#3 You should be able to change the title in GD > Title & Metas.
Thanks!
January 30, 2017 at 12:03 pm #351876Hi Kor Chung,
1) My settings are okay in the european style. See screenshot.
But when i add a new event that is every year once, the system is changing it to an english notation.
Do you know where that problem might be?2) This problem is solved, thank you.
3) On witch line can i change this? I’ve searched the page but i can not find the archive code %%event_type_archive%% there. Don’t know witch line i need to change for the events total list.
Thank you for your help

February 9, 2017 at 12:57 pm #358087Hi Stiofan,
I’ve updated all the plugins now.
Problem #1 seems to be solved with the updates.
Only problem #3 is still there, the word ‘archive’ in the title of this page:
https://lingeweb.nl/events/#4 After the update there are some new problems now.
– The header photo on this page is gone, the menu is now on top of the page.
Is it possible to get the header page back?
https://lingeweb.nl/kaart-en-gids/
https://lingeweb.nl/events/
These pages need to be the same with header photo.#5 After the update the event category is a number again instead of a word.
Do you know how this happened?
https://lingeweb.nl/events/tiel/testevent/Thank you
February 9, 2017 at 7:38 pm #358476Hi,
none of your licenses was active for that website, they were all activated for a staging website only.
I just did it for you and finally update all plugin (non of them was updated, not even the core plugin)
I don’t think that is caused by the update (it was not done), it must be some option from Avada.
I alerted Stiofan again.
Thanks
February 9, 2017 at 8:05 pm #358499Today I have all the plugins manually overridden via FTP. I’ve downloaded them on 7 February from the site.
How is it possible that these plugins are not updated with you? Strangely though.
Do not understand what you have done differently than I do.
Anyway thanks for your help and effort.I hope you can still help me with nr #3 #4 and #5
Thanks in advance for your help.

February 13, 2017 at 1:10 pm #361107#4 Okay, looking forward to your answer.
#5 No, this is not regarding to the broken category links, it is a problem with the tags, they are showing up as numbers, have a look on this page:
https://lingeweb.nl/events/oosterwijk/terugkerend-event/Do you have a solution for this?
