Timezone and Opening Hours

GD version: 2.0.0.69
WP version: 5.2.4
GD Events version: 2.0.0.15

The timezone field under opening hours states that it will be automatically set when the address is set. This is not occurring for us.

1.) Since all of our locations are currently wrong (UTC+1), is there an easy way to bulk update them to a correct offset?

2.) To avoid having to set this manually each time we add future locations, is there a way to change the default?

3.) Since this is saved as an offset and not a timezone, how do we account for daylight savings time?
