    Have had a message from a user today stating (and showing) that when she opens the site it cuts of the top of the header banner. This is in the GD Widgets ‘Search Bar’ as custom HTML. She had the same issue shown on iPad Pro and a Laptop, I have been unable to replicate on PC or mobile devices and it shows normally. Did not think it was possible to chop anything off because of the nature of the site but seems to be hiding it behind the header at the same point on both of her devices.

    Have since found out that both screengrabs were Apple ‘Pro’ products (iPad Pro and Macbook Pro laptop). Shows okay on my iPhone but other than that all Windows devices!

    Hi Cheryl,

    Thanks for your reply. Try using the custom CSS code below and see if it fixes it.

    @media only screen and (min-width: 1024px) and (max-width: 1365px){
    .search-bar.widget-area .wrap {
        margin-top:90px;
    }
    }
