Hi. Is there a way to track customer referrals in listings. Can I know those that actually get to send an email message to friends or share on their social networks?

At GD notifications, you can enable a copy of “send to friend” or “contact business” to be sent to you.
If you want ShareThis statistics, you can install https://wordpress.org/plugins/share-this/ instead of using the built-in ShareThis buttons.
