There is a compatibility issue WPML with GDv1 and it can’t be fixed without core changes.
To fix this compatibility issue with GDv1 try following steps:
1) Open file \wp-content\plugins\wpml-translation-management\classes\post-edit-screen\class-wpml-tm-post-edit-tm-editor-select.php in editor
2) Find following line in file( WP_Post $post )
There will be 3 search found with this line.
3) Replace those with following line( $post )
Replace for all 3 instances.
4) SaveTo edit GD listings in backend do not use WPML editor.
Let us know.
Thanks,

– the backend editor I see now the entry details listed.

It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?”

March 9, 2020 at 6:18 pm #534483Hi again,
this is just a short reminder that the issue is still not solved.
• The Language switcher interconnection function between listings are missing too
Meanwhile I found out that there is also a incompatibility between WPML and Simple Custom CSS plugins as if the SCCSS plugin is deactivated the language switch is working again.Anyway,
• the Morimoto DE listing is still missing to be solved as it’s not found.

P.S. about the language switcher issue. FYI – Here are the links to Simple Custom CSS support and to WPML support, if necessary.

many thanks again for helping to solve this translation not found the entry of Morimoto entry.
1. Can you please explain a little more how you solved this and what you mean by
Do not translate categories & tags slugs from WPML > Settings > Taxonomies Translation.
AND
How or where shall I translate those Categories and tags slugs in an alternative way?2. About the WPML language switcher issue.
I’ve got info from WPML support as they state this is not related to them. As stated if Simple Custom CSS plugin is off then the switcher works, but if its active then not. Same if I delete all entries within the settings of the SCCSS settings. But if I implement those customized entries into the chield theme styles.css then its also not working. Are you able to may help me to find out if there could be a css entry that causes that problem?

Categories & tags slugs are not translatable.

Try following CSS
.geodir-content-right .widget_icl_lang_sel_widget .wpml-ls-legacy-dropdown-click .wpml-ls-sub-menu { position: inherit; }
If it now working then ask help from “Simple Custom CSS plugin” team, because they knows flow of the plugin better.
