I am using Wordpres 4.1 and Elegant Themes Divi. I bought a subscription and updated to the newest Geo Directory Core, and Multilocation, and payment manager, but it did not update properly. Site still had all the locations, but none were present on the map, and the website styling what I did that was incorrect, Please explain what I did incorrectly, Thanks, Marc Ravaris

Hi Marc, have a look here: http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/faqs/what-is-the-best-way-to-update-the-gd-plugins/

If that does not fix your troubles, post your URL and admin details (in a private message), and we will have a look.

Thank you Guust, will do. I use Bluehost, and had them go to a backup to try and restore the site, and now it is unfortunately worse. Doesn’t find any of the listings, which probably means it is not finding the database. I will back at this later today.

    Hi Guust,

Thanks for your support and the link to the tutorial. Unsure as to why, but went through (I think) same update process this morning, and everything seems to be fine, save for a few of the listings lost their primary category, so everything is working as it should.
