January 2, 2019 at 4:12 am #461051Hi Stephanie,
Thanks for your post. You have another post here https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/help-with-conversation-from-v1-to-v2/#post-461050 and I think it’s related to this one too. Kindly provide FTP access to your server in private reply and we’ll troubleshoot this for you.
Thanks!

You should extract the folders on your desktop, then upload the folders to the server. Did you do it that way?
If you put a lot of work into packages or something else, well, why not try and complete the conversion.
If you want to start fresh you will need to reinstall WordPress. If you are with Godaddy I think they have a big red button somewhere that says “delete everything”, then after that you press another button that says “Go” or “install WordPress”, but, that seems a little drastic.
January 2, 2019 at 5:19 am #461075At first I extracted them on my computer then tried to upload onto ftp but once extracted there were a ton of files. So that didn’t work. The. I re-read the instructions more carefully and saw it said to extract within ftp. So I did that. Then I got the 505 error. So I deleted all V 2 files from ftp folder and tried uploading and extracting one at a time. I installed supreme V2 (I’m not sure if I did it in the correct location) I did it innolug ins. And then opened a browser and checked my website. It worked. I opened notarybyzip.com/admin and it did NOT prompt me to convert.
I uploaded and extracted each add on Checking after each one. Some of them my site still worked and some of them they did not If they did not I deleted from the FTP. I listed in the other post which ones made it stop working. Then after all were extracted I went to WordPress and it did not start a conversion. I tried to navigate around word press and I got an error with a blank page. 🤬🤬🤬January 2, 2019 at 9:04 am #461092This reply has been marked as private.January 2, 2019 at 12:00 pm #461103I’ll go ahead and complete the conversion if you can help me get that done please.
