Hello 🙂
I am about to purchase a license for the plugin so I thought to first try the core version but I am trying to make it work for a few hours now but no luck.
The problem is ( like many users ) that when I am reviewing the listing and hitting the Publish button I get redirected to the homepage of the website and not on the success site, thus the listing addition never completes.
Here’s what I have tried so far:
– Clearing my cache and trying 3 browsers and 2 laptops
– Disabling W3 total cache
– Disabling all plugins
– Installing the plugins at two other websites
– Reinstalling the KLEO theme ( this is the theme I am using ) and all it’s core plugins
– Reinstalling WordPress core files
– setting session.use_only_cookies to “off” and restarting apache on the VPS
– Trying different usersNo luck so far.
Please note that I can add listings from the back end but not from the front end.
I will do a private post / anser with login details for you to assist if you can.
The URL for the website is http://www.foturion.com
Thanks in advance 🙂
Kind Regards

I’m getting this:
ERROR: The password you entered for the username helpdesk is incorrect.
Did you just disable W3tc or deleted all it’s files, including those created in wp-content?
Most of the time only deactivating is not enough to stop it from caching things.
If you also provide FTP credentials I’ll look into it directly.
Thanks

no luck, there is probably another plugin in conflict.
This looks like a live website, we would need to disable all non GD plugins momentarely to see if the problem is in one fo them or if it server related.
Let us know if we can proceed.
Thanks

we moved away from PHP session with this latest update, so I don’t think that’s the problem. However even after disabling all non GD plugins the problem persist. It must be a server config, but I can’t seem to find what it is.
I’ve asked to the developer to follow up, they’ll probably need FTP credentials.
Let us know.
Thanks for your patience,

Stratos A.March 4, 2016 at 6:22 pm #134061Hello again
Just a quick post so ask if you have taken a look at foturion.com because we have the community offline for two days straight so you can work comfortably, but some members are starting to complain.
Once the problem is resolved we can move forward in publishing foturion.com again and purchase the plugins we need 🙂
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards

I just managed to do a listing myself and worked just fine.
I will try a couple more and get back at you.
If everything works out I will proceed with the purchases of the needed ad-ons.Was it something you corrected or something we did not do correctly from our end?
Thanks in advance.
Kind Regards
Stratos A.March 7, 2016 at 4:17 pm #135299Hi,
I think something you did during the week end solved the problem, Stiofan says he was able to add a listing at 1st attempt…
Strange, but keep an eye on it and let us know,
Thanks
