I am not sure what triggered it, but I am no longer able to create new listings on my site. I noticed that I had not run updates in a couple of months, so I updated all plugins to the newest version, but it did not help. When I go to my site and choose to create a new listing, I am able to fill in the page, I then get the confirmation screen and hit publish. This takes me back to the main page of the site, but no listing was created. I have only a few plugins on the site which are not GeoDirectory. I tried deactivating all non Geo plugins, but that did not help. I am running WP 4.1. What else should I try. My site is http://kaismexico.com Feel free to try creating a listing and see if you can find it.
February 3, 2015 at 12:41 pm #29698Hello, have you run the GD Tools after the upgrade?
Try to run all the tools tasks and eventually, give us your login details so we can have a look, thanks
SimoneFebruary 3, 2015 at 2:29 pm #29714I just ran through each of the GD Tools. I then browsed to the site (so scripts would run as stated in last tool). I then tried to add a listing, but it still did not work. I am stuck at a nice round 60 listings, and cannot seem to create more. I am going to send a private message with WP login details.

Ive tried to create 2 listings, one from backend and one from frontend, and all went fine, and I can see it on the website (test and test2)February 3, 2015 at 4:04 pm #29738I did more testing and was able to create a listing in Internet Explorer, but cannot create one in Firefox or SRWare Iron (chrome).
To troubleshoot I cleared all browsing history (cookies, offline data, files, etc) from both browsers and then reset their settings to defaults (disabling any plugins as well).
After the resets I tried creating a listing using Firefox and also Iron with no luck. Here is what I am doing:
*Logged in as the same account I provided you
*Either choose “Add Listing” from the menu bar or use the dropdown in My Dashboard (have tried both in tests)
–Business Owner/Associate: No
–Listing Title: Test 4
–Listing Description: test
–English Spoken: Fluent
–Category: Buildings & Maintenance
–Address: test
–Region: (default) Quintana Roo
–City: (default) Akumal
–Accept Terms
*Click Review Your Listing
*On the Next page click Publish
After this I am then just taken back to the home page, as opposed to the listing confirmation page.I am running:
Windows 8.1 64-bit
Firefox 35.0.1
SR Ware Iron Version 39.0.2100.0February 3, 2015 at 5:04 pm #29752OK it does the same with me on Chrome.
(you need to insert a valid address thou or drag the pin on the map).
I will alert Stiofan so he will take a look
February 3, 2015 at 6:33 pm #29768Hi,
I would say the problem is 99.9% due to cloudflare rocket js feature enabled.
You should disable it and clear your cache. If you want to minify and concatenate css and js files, please use GD Booster, Cloudflare Rocket js isn’t compatible and probably never will.
Thanks
February 3, 2015 at 8:11 pm #29798ouch….. i was just alerted by a user that I have the same issue…. Been working like a well oiled machine till to be honest not sure – i was a few versions behind and did updates a few days ago…. Front & Backend add listings use to work fine, now it seems after i add a front end listing, and after preview i say post, it looks like it posts, returns to the site front page… look in db or listings in backend and new listing went “kapoof” no where…. no error message nothing, just disappears pretending it has been submitted fine….
Any ideas where i can start looking? http://smeak.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place
February 3, 2015 at 8:30 pm #29805pls provide wp admin credentials and make sure the URL is correct because it gives “403 | Forbidden” error.
Thx

February 4, 2015 at 2:13 pm #29935Greg, I get: Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /add-listing/ on this server.
Already told you… please make sure you don’t have IP blockers or any strange server protection in place before requesting for support.
Thanks
