Unable to install recent updates

Today I noticed there were updates available to my GD addons.
None of them would install.

Received message:
An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Custom Post Types: Download failed. Unauthorized
An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Location Manager: Download failed. Unauthorized
An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Payment Manager: Download failed. Unauthorized

These plugins were purchased individually.
This happened the last time updates were available.

Please advise.

Have you entered you licence keys in the GD>Licence keys section?

No need to. All the licenses are defined.
This happened the last time you had updates and they had to do something on your end.

Hi Domenic,

please ask to your server admin to verify the OpenSSL version installed on your server, if the version is older than 1.0 that’s most likely the problem. You should ask them to update it.
