Unable to set address on map

Hi – I have tried to set address on the map of three places today, two of which stated ‘Geocode was not successful for the following reason: ZERO_RESULTS’. I don’t know if it has any relevance but one of the locations, (in Hockley, Essex) was successfully added and deleted last week (as I was experimenting). As a result, I cleared Hockley from manage locations to see if this ‘unblocked’ it. The other entry which failed had not been added to previously (it was in Colchester, Essex).

I notice that when this has happened to previous users, it has been caused by a plugin conflict which was resolved by adding php to the user’s child theme. The plugins I have are: beaver builder, code snippets, Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode, Geodirectory Location Manager and Easy Updates. I am using the Supreme Child Theme. Is there any php you could recommend I add to code snippets to solve this problem? The problem didn’t occur before today. Under place information > category, I am using county names (in this case, Essex) as the parent category and setting the child category as the default. This is so I can list by counties.
