Unable to update plugins

    1.- When I try to update the password for my account under Profile I get an error message “email address incorrect” but there’s no place where the email address is listed.
    2.- I’m unable to update plugins even though I have activated the information in Auto Updates. I get the following error message: An error occurred while updating GeoDirectory Advance Search Filters: Login details for GeoDirectory failed! Please check GeoDirectory>Auto Updates and that your membership is active. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Please advise.

    We have implemented a new licensing system and we are having some glitches, sorry.
    I’ll escalate for Stiofan to look at your topic.

    Hello,

    1. I can’t recreate this, i seem to be able to change passwords with no problems with my account and my test accounts, if you want to private reply with your user/pass i will try with your account?

    2. It sounds like you might be using the old system, i have now shown the OLD licence key under your profile page, use that and then once the plugin updates you will have to use the new licence keys. OR you can simply update the plugins via FTP.
