Unable to update plugins

    I purchased a license and membership valid until April 2016. However, I have not been able to update any of the plugins because my membership is not shown on the account. In previous contact I was told that “there have been a problem” and that “this would be resolved”. It hasn’t. My membership still is not showing anywhere and therefore, I can’t access the key to update the plugins. Please help.

    Did you register with a different email address?
    You are not showing as a current member using the login and email you are using now.

    Hi,

    I checked all out transaction back since april 2015 and I don’t see any transaction for this username. Is it possible like Guust asked that you have another user?

    If the answer is no, please provide the paypal transaction ID and we should be able to solve the mistery.
