Unable to upgrade from GDv1.PPM1.4.4 to GDv1-PM 2.5.0.3

Dear support team,

I am trying to upgrade the addon GD price and payment v1.4.4 now my test page before using this upgrade at core page. Therefore I am using your upgrade instructions

You should:

Install WP Invoicing
Install any extra gateways needed
Setup WP Invoicing by following the setup instructions
The conversion of price packages and invoices should be automatic, if you have any problems you have use the conversion tool under: Invoicing>Settings>Tools

But unfortunately while using the latest Version 2.5.0.3-beta of GeoDirectory Pricing Manager the automatic import of prices does not work AND the tools to convert the prices from old version is missing.

Now I need your help and I am looking forward to proceeding with price category import AND how to import the discount coupons as well.
