    Hi guys!

    I have recently discovered that a strange thing happened to one of my listings. One shows also the text of another tab and a grey frame is appeared.

    You can see it more clearly in the photo: the tab “obstacles” includes also the text inserted in the tab “Solutions and good practices”. The grey frame is also visible.

    As far as I know, this thing is happening only for this listing. I checked the back office and everything is in order (the text, the format, etc.)

    Would you be so kind to help me out with this?

    Thanks a lot!

    You have selected to show some of the content in the More Info tab, so that is why it is there.
    You have renamed the tabs in the Custom Post Settings, instead of creating tabs with fieldsets.

    Please review
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#fieldset
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#show

    Thanks

    thanks for your message. I am sorry but I am having troubles to understand what’s wrong and why this happen all of a sudden.
    Why do I see a list of stuff in my tab “Obstacles”? I have created new fields in the “places” form to insert the specific information I wanted to show… Can I get some more advice please?
    Thanks a lot

    Hi there,

    Ok, done. Could you please check? I’ve inserted the custom CSS code into Gd > Design > Scripts > Custom Style CSS.

    .geodir-company_info {
        border: 0px #ddd solid!important;
    }

    Kor, I don’t have good access for the moment, but have a look at
    GD > Custom Post Types, and how the default tabs have been renamed.
    That is mistake 1.
    Then have a look at the custom fields, there are no fielders, and all fields are added to the “more info” tab.
    That is mistake 2.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    The settings have been changed, somehow, but you can change them again as you like.

    Inside the “Settings” for each CPT’s custom fields there is the option to “Show in what locations” and the option “More info” tab has been selected, which has been renamed in the CPT options.

    You can

    1. Change the name of the tab back to More info (or whatever you like) in the Custom Post Type advanced settings
    2. Visit the “Places Settings” (or other CPT settings) custom fields tab and adjust the “Show in what locations” value for each field to add or remove it from the “More info tab”

    Dear Kor,
    thanks so much for the effort.

    Dear Alex,
    thank you for taking the time and explaining step by step what I did wrong and how to correct my mistakes. It was much helpful.

    Dear Guust,
    thanks for the assistance, even though I do not fully appreciate youe way of dealing with customers.

    Anyway, the site is working now!

    Dear Alex, one more question (mostly aestethics, but anyway…)
    in the “Obstacles” tab (former More Info) there is still a grey line at the bottom of the section, I guess it has to do with the fielder…
    Is there a way to deactivate it?
    Thanks again!

    Hi Daniele,

    Try using the custom CSS code and see if it helps. Remember to clear your cache 🙂

    .geodir-company_info .geodir_more_info {
        border-bottom: 0px solid #eee;
    }
