Update Error: Unauthorized

    Hello Support,

    when updating the following two PlugIns I get the message: Unauthorized
    – GeoDirectory Advance Search Filters
    – GeoDirectory Custom Post Types

    I have entered the correct license key. What could be the reason?

    Hello,

    license are activated for each URL, has the site URL changed? If so the license will need to be reactivated. Copy the key and deactivate the license. Click ok qhen the dialog opens. Then fill the key in again and click activate.

    If that isn’t the issue you can include site details in a private reply and we can check the settings.
