I have a number of the plugins installed and several now have new versions but I’m getting the error: Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized when I try and update them from the plugin updater.
They all have the correct license details installed in Auto Updates / Licensing and the license is current.
Stuck with what to try next as trying to re-install the plugins after re-download fails as they already exist.

Hi,

some of your licenses are active for:

asgc.uk

some for:

asgc.uk and 176.32.230.45/asgc.uk/

and others are active only for:

campsite.directory/

Which one is the website that you are trying to update? I’d just try to deactivate the license and reactivate them.

Bingo, problem solved.
We updated the primary domain name several times through development and now have our fixed domain name.
This has cured the problem.
