    Not sure where to ask this but my membership expired and I purchased another 4 month membership. Problem is I’m not sure how to activate and change the lisence keys in my site to update everything. Do you have a document on the process of re entering new license keys after membership expiration when you do not have auto renew? Kind of lost on this. Thanks

    Have a look at GD > Licenses and Updates in your website admin area.
    If you renew your membership there should be nothing you have to do.
    Let us know when you have trouble updating any of your plugins.

    I’ll get Stiofan to look at this, did you buy a new membership, or did you renew the existing one?

    I wasn’t on auto renew so I purchased a new membership. Was there a difference between purchasing a new membership and renewing?

    Hi,

    when you purchase a subscription you are asked if you want to renew your previous license or get new ones.

    In this case you got new ones. The license are all active correctly and on our side everything looks good too, so I fear the problem is server related, probably an outdated version of OpenSSL installed on your side.

    Stiofan will confirm asap.

    Problem was new licence keys, i have blanked your current keys and added one of your news ones and the update worked, you just have to add the rest and update as normal.
