I updated and got a fatal error message and lost coupons. I do offer coupons and can’t find them anymore. Not where you added them on and they are no longer on my site.

    I cannot find any errors?
Your coupons are at Invoicing > Discounts.

    Is there still any issue?

Where is that? It used to be Prices and Payments. I do Not see an Invoicing.

Ok I found it but is has different guidelines. In the past I was able to offer a one year free to certain customers. It starts the day they sign up and ends one year later. Here they are asking me to give a spcific start date and end date (Enter the expiration date for this discount code in the format of yyyy-mm-dd. Leave blank for no expiration). When and where does the coupon show up? I have already told clients to enter the old way. A mess for me. Do I have to use this? Clients sign up at their covience so I do not have a start date.

The Invoicing Discounts are exactly as the old GD Coupons.
They will be applied at the checkout stage of the submission process – just like before.
In the past you would have given a 100% discount for a one year GD paid package.
Nothing has changed: select the items where the discount can be used, and a 100% discount used for a one year package will give a one year free.
There is no need to add start or end dates for the discounts if you don’t want them to expire.

Your clients will not see any difference.

    Thanks

So there will be a place to put in the actual coupon code when they checkout, correct. I have given clients different instructions and I want to make sure the info is accurate for the new instructions I send.

I suggest you run a test submission so you understand the new system after setting it up:

I tested it and it did work as you said. I did notice something new that wasn’t working. When adding a new page and the person doesn’t fill in a mandatory item it does not flag it like it used to (telling what needs to be done). It just stops in the middle of the page. I also noticed this on the checkout page.

When I try that I get the error messages showing, see images.
What browser are you using? Cleared all caches?
